The graph above displays the results of our predictions and ranks service providers by the likelihood of their clients to return to homelessness. For example, based on our predictive results, Nuanez Care has the highest percentage of clients predicted to be homeless at 78.9%. It is important to note that our application was made as a proof of concept and thus conclusive policy implications should not be drawn exclusively from this graph. We recognize that there are a myriad of reasons for service providers to have a large percentage of clients returning to homelessness and future research should look into this.
